Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (EDC Machines)

Job Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting and selling PhonePe EDC/POS machines, Smart Speakers, QR solutions, and ensuring merchant activation and retention. This is a field-sales role focused on business growth and merchant relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants, retailers, petrol pumps, and businesses.
Promote and sell PhonePe EDC/POS machines, Smart Speakers, and QR payment solutions.
Conduct field visits for lead generation and merchant acquisition.
Complete merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.
Install and activate EDC machines at merchant locations.
Train merchants on device usage and digital payment solutions.
Build strong relationships with merchants and provide after-sales support.
Resolve merchant issues related to devices and transactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track competitor activities and market opportunities.
Maintain sales reports and CRM updates.
Required Skills

Eligibility
Graduate (12th Pass may be accepted for some locations).
Experience in EDC/POS, fintech, telecom, banking, or FMCG sales preferred.
Own bike and valid driving license.
Android smartphone required for reporting and CRM activities.
