Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves on-ground client engagement, conducting site visits, and driving sales in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective clients and property locations for site visits and sales meetings

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate property options

• Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and convert leads into successful sales

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain and update property listings

• Provide consistent support to clients before and after sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate daily field activity reports

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in field sales (Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory)

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and fluency in any regional language

• Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits

• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
