Field Sales Executive

A Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving targets. They identify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations, and prepare sales reports. Key duties include cold calling, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Target Achievement: Driving sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups

• Business Development: Identifying new market opportunities, prospecting through networking, and cold calling to acquire new clients.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Implementing sales plans, delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts (price, quantity, delivery).

• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing sales, expense, and, status reports for management, and analyzing sales data to track performance.

• Product Expertise: Developing an in-depth knowledge of products/services and researching competitor activities.

• Customer Support: Addressing client queries, complaints, and providing post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to promote products and align on campaigns.
