Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating scaffolding rental requirements from construction sites. This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits and strong client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites daily to identify scaffolding requirements

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

Maintain and track details of ongoing/running projects

Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and site engineers

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

Valid driving license

Own bike mandatory

Prior field experience (construction/industrial sales preferred)

Basic English communication skills

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
