Looking after a set of 150-250 merchants depending on Metro, Mini-Metro or BFLP town
• Outlet Coverage on a daily basis as per pre-decided beat plan , 25-40 merchants per day
• Daily Order booking from set of merchants assigned for the day
• Deliver value targets through width ( lines sold) and depth ( weighted distribution)
• Execute Trade Marketing programs at Merchant level
• Activated Distribution – Shelf Displays, Product Placement at eye-level, POSM material placement etc.
• Daily Reporting – Attendance, Value Sales Achieved for the day, lines sold
• Collections – Applicable where credit is given, influence Merchants to pay as per time-lines
• Ensure Merchant satisfaction in terms of service given and resolution of issues
• Keeping track of competition activity and duly informing TSI/ Senior CSO
