Field Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated Land Collaboration Executives who will visit farmers and landowners to convince them to collaborate with our company for colony and plot development projects. The role involves building trust, explaining project benefits, and facilitating agreements where farmers partner with the company instead of selling their land

• Visit farmers and landowners to explain the land collaboration (joint development) model.

• Build strong and long-term relationships with farmers based on trust and transparency.

• Explain how the company will develop their land into plots/colonies and how farmers will benefit (profit sharing, plot sharing, or revenue sharing).

• Collect basic land details, ownership documents, and maps for initial evaluation.

• Coordinate field surveys, land measurement, and legal verification with internal teams.

• Negotiate collaboration terms according to company policies.

• Maintain proper records of meetings, follow-ups, leads, and agreements.

• Provide regular progress reports to management.

• Help resolve farmer concerns and act as a communication link between farmers and the company.
