Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Locations: New Kalyani Nagar, Brama office

Industry: Electrical / Earthing / Infrastructure / Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales, develop new customers, and strengthen market presence in the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, dealer/channel management, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through site visits, dealer visits, and market mapping
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, consultants, and contractors
Meet EPC contractors, builders, electrical contractors, and project engineers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution
Maintain daily visit reports and weekly sales reports
Track payments and support collections as per company policy
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
