Identify potential customers in industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Visit clients on-site to present and promote steel wire and cable products.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales manager.
Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Engineering).
1–3 years of experience in field sales (steel industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of steel wires, cables, or industrial materials is a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, CRM software).
