Field Sales Executive

• Sales and Business Development:Lead the team to achieve sales targets and expand market share by promoting Affordplan's financial products and services to hospitals and other healthcare providers. 

• Team Leadership and Motivation:Provide direction, guidance, and coaching to team members, fostering a productive and high-performing work environment. 

• Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, track performance metrics, and analyze data to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. 

• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as hospital decision-makers and finance departments, to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 

• Operations and Compliance:Oversee the registration and onboarding of new healthcare providers onto Affordplan's platform, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to compliance requirements. 

• Performance Management:Ensure effective training, performance management, and productivity enhancement within the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with other internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
