Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and following up on leads, building strong client relationships, and converting sales opportunities into business.

The candidate will also be responsible for promoting and generating business for cradle rental services, including identifying construction sites, building owners, contractors, and facility management companies requiring building cleaning cradles and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.

• Identify construction sites, commercial buildings, contractors, and facility management companies requiring building cleaning cradles on rental basis.

• Generate leads for cradle rental requirements and convert enquiries into rental orders.

• Visit construction sites and buildings to understand customer requirements for suspended platforms, cleaning cradles, and related equipment.

• Explain cradle rental options, rental terms, equipment features, and service support to prospective customers.

• Follow up with leads, quotations, and customer enquiries to close rental and sales opportunities.

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve assigned sales and cradle rental targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales and rental opportunities.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

• Maintain and regularly update the customer and lead database.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and market feedback to management.

• Coordinate with the operations/service team for equipment delivery, installation, servicing, and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with customers during the rental period to ensure smooth coordination and identify repeat business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–4 years in sales, business development, field sales, rental sales, or a related role.

• Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, presentations, and direct/door-to-door sales.

• Experience or interest in equipment rental, construction, building maintenance, facade access systems, or industrial products will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to effectively use technology and digital tools.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings, construction-site visits, and field sales activities.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
