Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by identifying prospective business customers, developing relationships with decision-makers, generating leads, conducting field visits, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through proactive field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through market visits, referrals, cold calling.
Visit prospective and existing business customers regularly to understand their requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, purchase managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Present products/services and prepare suitable commercial proposals for customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and commercial terms.
Negotiate with customers and close sales in line with company objectives.
Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing.
Develop opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Submit regular sales reports and provide updates on field activities and business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, business development, or corporate sales preferred.
Experience in handling business customers and decision-makers is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required, depending on the territory.
