Field Sales Executive – Temple & Retail Distribution

We are looking for a highly energetic Field Sales Executive to expand the retail presence of our handcrafted devotional lamps and gifting products.

Your role will involve visiting temples, pooja stores, gift shops, religious stores, home décor stores, and local retail markets to onboard new retailers and generate orders.

Responsibilities

Visit temples and nearby retail markets daily.
Identify and approach potential retailers and distributors.
Showcase product samples and explain benefits.
Secure new retail orders and maintain retailer relationships.
Follow up on repeat orders and stock replenishment.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in retail sales, FMCG, gifting, or distribution preferred.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
