We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Ensure timely payment collection from clients
Maintain daily reports of visits, sales, and activities
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Good understanding of local market and customer behavior
