We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Relationship Executive / Financial Associate to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and offering comprehensive financial solutions. Engage proactively with existing investors to understand their financial goals and conduct regular portfolio reviews.
Provide prompt, accurate, and insightful responses to client queries and transactional needs.
Strengthen relationships by identifying opportunities to expand client wallet share and promote relevant financial solutions.
Acquire new retail and high-net-worth (HNI) clients through networking, referrals, and business development strategies.
Cross-sell and up-sell various financial products to meet client needs and maximize revenue.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Conduct detailed financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate investment and protection products.
Maintain thorough product knowledge across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and related instruments.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation, including KYC and compliance requirements.
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications such as NISM or IRDAI licenses will be an added advantage.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in sales or financial advisory roles. Candidates from the Insurance sector may also apply.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion and target-achievement skills.
Client Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-first approach.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven, proactive, and eager to build a career in financial services.
