About the Role

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Field Sales Executives / Survey Executives to work with manufacturing units and MSMEs across Jharkhand.

The role involves visiting industrial areas, connecting with business owners, explaining the benefits of ZED certification, collecting business information, and assisting interested MSMEs with the certification process.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial areas and manufacturing units across assigned locations in Jharkhand.

• Connect with factory owners, managers, and MSME representatives.

• Explain the ZED certification scheme, its process, and applicable benefits.

• Identify interested and eligible MSMEs and generate leads.

• Collect required business details, photographs, and survey information.

• Submit field reports and collected information through Google Forms.

• Follow up with interested businesses and work toward assigned targets.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within assigned industrial areas.

• Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.

• Ability to communicate confidently with business owners.

• Prior experience in field sales, surveys, or MSME outreach is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
