About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Political Field Associate to join our team in Goa. The role primarily involves research-related work and field activities. The ideal candidate should be a local resident of Goa and must own a bike for field operations. \

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research-related fieldwork as assigned.

• Collect, verify, and analyze field data.

• Prepare and submit timely reports of field activities.

• Coordinate with the project team for research support.

• Ensure accurate and reliable data collection during field visits.

Requirements:

• Must be a local resident of Goa.

• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly in the field.

Salary & Benefits:

• 20,000 fixed + 5,000 allowance
