About the Role

This is an on-roll field sales profile with Axis Bank in the Liability Sales Department. The role focuses on acquiring

Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA), driving customer acquisition, and building strong banking

relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers by sourcing Savings Accounts & Current Accounts.

• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping on a daily basis.

• Drive deposit growth by sourcing salary accounts, current accounts, and savings accounts.

• Achieve daily, monthly & quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with KYC norms & bank policies.

• Record customer interactions in the bank CRM system.

Who Can Apply? (Preferred Profile)

• Graduate (any stream).

• Sales Officer 1 (Fresher): Strong communication & sales drive.

• Sales Officer 2: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (Banking / BFSI / NBFC / FMCG / Telecom).

• Assistant Manager: Minimum 2+ years of BFSI/NBFC sales experience.

• Two-wheeler & valid Driving License mandatory.

• Strong persuasion, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Incentives

Position CTC (LPA) In-hand Incentives

Sales Officer 1 (Fresher) ■2.16 LPA ■15.5k Up to ■60,000/month

Sales Officer 2 (1+ yrs exp.) ■2.56 LPA ■18k Up to ■60,000/month

Assistant Manager (2+ yrs exp.) ■3.56 LPA ■24k approx. Up to ■60,000/month
