• Conduct daily field visits across urban and rural markets to drive product visibility and sales

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Execute and support on-ground promotional and marketing activities

• Identify new business opportunities, expand territory, and track market trends

• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights

• Ensure timely order collection, payments follow-ups, and stock availability

• Maintain accurate daily sales reports, MIS, and activity tracking
