Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join with the Paytm. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹21000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through market visits and onboard new merchants.

• Sell Paytm’s payment solutions: QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machine, POS Software, Insurance & other financial products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive Sound Box sales.

• Provide product demos, resolve merchant issues & ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect market feedback & report competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
