We are looking for a driven and people-focused individual to join our team as an Agency Channel Executive. You will be responsible for building, training, and supporting a network of insurance agents to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.

• Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

• Monitor agent performance and support them to meet targets.

• Drive sales through the agency network.

• Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Field sales or similar roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
