Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential and existing customers in the field, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory.
Visit clients and potential clients in assigned territory to present products and services
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and customer needs
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Negotiate/close deals and handle objections or complaints
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively
