Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand business opportunities and achieve sales targets. The role involves developing client relationships, promoting products/services, and executing marketing initiatives to generate growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and acquire new clients through field visits and networking.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

3. Promote and market company products to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Graduation mandatory.

2. 1–4 years of experience in sales and marketing .

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.

Compensation
CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA + Incentives
