Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure team members follow company policies and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Provide training, support, and performance feedback to improve productivity.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team handling (preferably in BFSI, Insurance, or Banking).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
