Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Contractor Associate (CA) to join our team at Asian Paints Ltd. in Trivandrum, Kerala. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building and managing field relationships, coordinating with painting contractors, and supporting on-site operations. You'll be responsible for identifying, profiling, and training painting contractors to drive adoption and engagement of Asian Paints products. The position offers a CTC of ₹3.03 LPA + Travel Allowance + Incentives, along with long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with painting contractors: profile, train, and upgrade them.

• Act as the single point of contact for site visits, evaluations, and training programs.

• Promote product usage and contractor engagement.

• Coordinate effectively with the retail and TSO teams to ensure smooth field operations.

• Build strong on-ground relationships and contribute to grassroots business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Age Limit: 26 years (maximum)

• Two-wheeler: Mandatory

• Excellent field coordination and relationship management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Passion for contractor development and hands-on fieldwork.

• Familiarity with on-site execution and a proactive approach to solving field-level challenges.
