Field Sales Executive

• Visit music stores, schools, colleges, and other potential clients to promote and sell musical instruments to B2B.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Demonstrate instruments (where applicable) and explain features and pricing.
• Identify new markets and customer segments in your assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams.
• Conduct or support product workshops and promotional events.
• Maintain daily reports and update CRM/sales tracking tools.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in music or electronics industry preferred).
• Basic understanding or interest in musical instruments (training will be provided).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Own a two-wheeler (preferred) and smartphone.
