Job Description

  • Visit residential societies and commercial premises on a regular basis to identify potential clients.

  • Meet society committee members and management teams to present our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.

  • Explain and promote our Society Management Software, Parking Management Solutions, CCTV solutions, and other security products.

  • Build strong relationships with society representatives and generate qualified leads.

  • Conduct product presentations, answer customer queries, and follow up with prospects.

  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights to improve business strategies.

  • This is a field-based role. The candidate is expected to be in the field most of the time and tap societies to pitch our AMC and software solutions.
