Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Conduct door-to-door visits and cold calling to generate leads for Airtel Fiber, DTH, and mobile postpaid.
B2B / SME Sales: Identify and pitch internet bandwidth, cloud, or fixed-line solutions to local businesses within the assigned territory.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth installation and addressing service queries.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing and offers to develop effective counter-strategies and boost customer market share.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales closures and revenue.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Graduate pass required; MBA is preferred.
Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience in telecom, retail, or B2B sales.
Skills: Strong negotiation, local networking, and basic English and regional language skills.
Assets: Candidates must own a motorcycle, hold a valid two-wheeler driving license, and possess an active smartphone.
