Job Description

Identify and visit agri input retailers within the assigned territory
Present and explain Agrim’s platform, products, and value proposition
Onboard retailers by assisting with app download, registration, and activation
Support retailers in placing initial and repeat orders through the app
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during onboarding
Achieve assigned onboarding, activation, and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of retailer interactions and onboarding status
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and issue resolution
Provide regular field reports and updates to reporting managers
