We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our network by visiting and onboarding Agriculture Shops across assigned regions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork and performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit agriculture shops (fertilizer, seeds, pesticides, equipment stores) in assigned areas

• Explain company products/services to shop owners

• Onboard agriculture shops as per company process

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers

• Collect required onboarding details and documentation

• Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets

• Provide regular field activity reports to the team
