Mandatory Requirements

• Kannada-speaking proficiency is mandatory.

• Must own a two-wheeler.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

• Must be comfortable with field sales, outdoor work and regular corporate client visits.

• Must be willing to travel locally within Bengaluru.

• Must be able to work from the JP Nagar, Bengaluru location.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our Corporate Relations team as Business Development Executives. The role involves identifying potential corporate clients, generating leads, conducting field visits, building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have good communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong willingness to pursue field sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business partners.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and field visits.

• Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices and prospective client locations.

• Meet decision-makers and introduce the company's healthcare solutions and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.

• Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings and support conversion of leads into business.

• Prepare proposals, presentations and client-specific solutions with internal team support.

• Support sales negotiations and business closures.

• Maintain client details, lead status and follow-up records in CRM systems or Excel.

• Track sales activities, client meetings, lead conversions and business development targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Travel locally within Bengaluru for client meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any relevant discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or customer relationship management can apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in sales, client acquisition and relationship building.

• Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.

• Willingness to learn, make cold calls and meet new clients regularly.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and CRM tools is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
