Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Market Development In-charge — Field Sales (Auto Parts)

Job Description

T7E Aftermarket Connect Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Market Development In-charges to run the field sales operation of a leading automotive brake and friction parts brand.

This is a full-day field job. You will cover auto parts retailers, garages and mechanics in your territory, open new counters, get them billing through the distributor, get car and truck mechanics registered on the brand's mechanic coupon scanning application & make them active on it and through these steps grow monthly sales in your market.

Your daily work

• Visit retailers, garages and mechanics in your area as per the beat plan

• Open new retail counters and get the first billing done through the distributor

• Follow up with existing counters to keep monthly orders coming

• Meet mechanics, push product trial and build demand at the garage level

• Get interested mechanics registered in the brand's mechanic coupon scanning application, make them active in the program and solve any challenges in using the application promptly.

• Run mechanic meets and counter activities as per the monthly calendar

• Track competitor pricing and schemes in your market and report back

• Record every visit on the company field app at every retailer and garage location

• Report distributor, retailer or mechanic issues to your reporting manager immediately

You should have

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, channel sales, territory sales or market development

• Auto components, automotive aftermarket, friction parts or spare parts experience (strongly preferred)

• Passenger car and commercial vehicle segment experience is an advantage

• Comfortable with full-day field travel and app-based reporting

• Valid driving license; own two-wheeler needed

• Android smartphone

• 12th pass or above; Graduate preferred
