Urgent Hiring – Chiller / Field Sales Executive (Industrial Water Chillers)

Company: Syphon Automation Private Limited

Location: Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad

We are looking for a Chiller / Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in Water Chillers, HVAC, or Industrial Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling and field visits.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Follow up on leads and close sales.
Prepare quotations and develop sales strategies.
Maintain customer records and submit sales reports.

Requirements

Graduate with 1–4 years of sales experience.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in Industrial/HVAC/Chiller sales preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Good Incentives
