Job Summary

We are a growing food manufacturing brand looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence for our premium Custard Powder. Your main goal will be to conduct daily market visits, onboard retail shops, and appoint new wholesale distributors to scale our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Market Visits: Visit local grocery shops, kirana stores, and supermarkets daily to pitch and sell custard powder.
Distributor Enrollment: Identify, pitch to, and appoint new wholesale distributors to manage inventory and supply lines.
Order Generation: Secure on-the-spot orders from retailers and ensure seamless stock delivery.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent long-term business relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
Market Feedback: Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and packaging to report insights back to management.
