Job Role:

We are hiring Sales Officers to join our growing Mortgage Sales team. This is a field sales role that involves promoting home loan products, meeting potential customers, and building relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Area Mapping: Regularly visit and map assigned areas to identify new business opportunities.

• Lead Generation: Identify and build relationships with new sources and referral partners.

• Channel Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with channel partners.

• Customer Interaction: Meet customers, explain loan products, and help with documentation.

• Daily Reporting: Maintain daily activity and sales reports.

• Team Huddles: Participate in team meetings and share updates.

• File Submission: Ensure complete application forms and documents are submitted.

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates from any stream.

• Minimum 6 months of field sales experience (Home Loan sales preferred).

• MBA (Marketing) Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates from BFSI background will have an advantage.

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be ready to travel within and around the city.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
