Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Territory Sales Incharge to drive sales, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence for Kitchen Choice Foods in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail channels

• Identify opportunities to increase market share

2. Distribution Management

• Appoint and develop new distributors and retailers

• Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners

• Ensure product availability across outlets

3. Market Development

• Build strong brand visibility in the territory

• Execute local promotions and marketing activities

• Track competitor activities and market trends

4. Retail Execution

• Ensure proper merchandising and product placement

• Implement company schemes effectively

• Conduct regular market visits

5. Collection & Credit Control

• Ensure timely collections from distributors

• Monitor outstanding payments and credit limits

6. Reporting & MIS

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Provide market feedback and sales insights

Key RequirementsEducation

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)

Experience

• 0–3 years of sales experience (preferred)

• Experience in distributor/retail handling is an advantage

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented

• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge

• Good understanding of local market preferred
