Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products (such as electric bulbs) through direct field engagement. The role involves visiting residential societies, meeting decision-makers, conducting live product demonstrations, and generating sales orders. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable with field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Society & Client Visits
Visit residential societies, housing complexes, and commercial premises
Meet society chairpersons, secretaries, committee members, and facility managers
Identify purchase requirements and decision-making authority
Product Demonstration
Conduct live demos of electric bulbs and related products
Explain product features such as energy efficiency, lifespan, brightness, and cost savings
Address customer queries and objections effectively
Sales & Order Generation
Pitch products and close sales with societies and bulk buyers
Generate purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with society representatives and customers
Follow up for repeat orders and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to the sales manager
