Sales Executive (Field Sales, Market Survey & User Acquisition)

About FUE IT App

FUE IT App is a fast-growing digital platform offering online grocery, fruits & vegetables delivery, and a wide range of on-demand services. We are expanding in Bareilly and seeking motivated field sales professionals to strengthen our ground operations.

 

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for field visits, vendor onboarding, user acquisition, app promotion, and market surveys. This is a key customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, convincing skills, and an energetic attitude.

 

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding & Field Sales

·         Identify and visit grocery shops, fruit sellers, vegetable vendors, and service providers.

·         Promote the FUE IT App and onboard new vendors onto the platform.

·         Explain app features and support vendors in completing their setup.

·         Maintain strong follow-up and healthy vendor relationships.

User Acquisition

·         Encourage new users to download and register on the FUE IT App.

·         Assist customers in understanding features and placing their first order.

·         Conduct small awareness drives for app promotion.

Market Survey & Field Research

·         Conduct surveys on pricing, competitor products, and market demand.

·         Collect relevant data and share detailed field insights.

·         Submit clear and timely reports.

Brand Promotion

·         Improve visibility of FUE IT App in local markets through posters, stickers, and flyers.

·         Communicate brand value effectively during field visits.

Field Discipline & Reporting

·         Execute daily market visit routes.

·         Maintain accurate reporting and regular communication with the team.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·         Effective vendor onboarding and activation.

·         Successful user acquisition and customer engagement.

·         Completion of market surveys with accuracy.

·         Strong daily field presence and visit discipline.

·         Quality communication and relationship building.

·         Vendor satisfaction and consistent follow-ups.

·         Professional reporting and timely submission of data.

·         Contribution to stronger brand visibility and market growth.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         Graduate (any discipline).

·         Excellent communication and convincing ability.

·         Confident, energetic, and comfortable with field duties.

·         Good smartphone/app handling knowledge.

·         Strong observation and market awareness.
