Role Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive responsible for B2B sales of gift items to retail stores. The role involves daily market visits, retailer onboarding, product pitching, order booking, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail stores, gift shops, stationery stores, and general trade outlets
Pitch and sell company gift items to retailers (B2B sales)
Display and explain product range, pricing, and schemes
Book orders and ensure timely follow-ups
Onboard new retailers and expand market coverage
Maintain relationships with existing retailers
Collect payments as per company policy (if applicable)
Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends
Achieve assigned sales targets
Submit daily sales and visit reports through CRM/WhatsApp/Sheets
Coordinate with logistics and backend team for order fulfillment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
0–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B retail sales
Experience in gift items / FMCG / stationery / consumer products preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with daily field travel
Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Maps, order forms)
Two-wheeler preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B retail sales or distributor sales
Target-driven and result-oriented
Ability to build long-term retailer relationships
