Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing deals on the ground. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers and generate leads through field activities.

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.

Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.

Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for lead follow-up and support.

Requirements:

Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1–5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Willingness to travel within the city or assigned territory.

Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile sales tools is a plus.
