Field Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Sunroof Solar Solutions. The role involves meeting customers, generating leads, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should be confident in communication and comfortable with fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients and potential customers to promote solar products and services.
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0 – 3 years in field sales or marketing.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.
Experience in solar sales will be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
