Field Sales Executive – Sunroof Solar Solutions
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Sunroof Solar Solutions. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will identify prospects and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the solar energy sector. Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, field visits, presentations, referrals, and door-to-door customer interactions.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients for solar rooftop and renewable energy solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research market trends and develop creative sales strategies to improve business performance.
Conduct site visits and provide customers with information about solar products, benefits, and pricing.
Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management regularly.
Maintain and update the client database effectively using CRM tools and other sales software.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, direct sales, B2C sales, or related roles.
Familiarity with different sales techniques and customer acquisition methods is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in computer usage, MS Office, and mobile applications.
Ability to utilize technology effectively for lead management and customer engagement.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license, as regular field travel is mandatory.
Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits.
Knowledge of solar products or renewable energy solutions will be an added advantage.
