fresher: 18,000 in hand 14,500 for 3 months. Training period from 4th month 23000 + the deducted amount +incentives

Experienced: 23,000 + performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time, On-roll

Eligibility:

Education: (12th + 1 year experience), Graduate and above (including Post Graduates, PGDM, PGDBM, MBA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, BTech, and BE)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Gender: Male candidates only.

Mandatory: Own Bike and Smartphone.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and lead generation.

• Meeting clients in the field and closing deals.

• Onboarding new clients.

Required Skills:

Essential:

• Go-getter attitude

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

• Good communication skills (English and regional languages: Kannada, Marathi, Hindi)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good convincing skills

• Presentation skills

Preferred:

• Outbound calling or sales experience
