Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team Pest control Company . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

• Meet business owners, facility managers, and purchase heads to present pest control solutions.

• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for customized service proposals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Prepare daily visit reports and update client data in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
