Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Teacher & Student Onboarding
Location: Remote / Field-based
Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Field Sales / B2C Sales
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be out in the field, helping students and teachers join the Sudo24 platform by:
Visiting schools, tuition centers, and residential areas to approach potential users
Explaining the benefits of Sudo24 to students, parents, and teachers
Helping them register and get started on the platform
Achieving daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets
Maintaining records of leads and visits
Sharing field feedback with the internal team to improve strategies
Coordinating follow-ups and resolving basic queries
Experience in field sales or direct B2C interaction (freshers are welcome if motivated)
Good communication and convincing skills in local language + Hindi/English
Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with apps/technology
Willingness to travel daily in the assigned area
Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and energetic personality
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
