Candidate Profile:

• Young male candidates with 2-wheelers (mandatory).

• Willingness to work in the field.

• Good knowledge of local geography and local language.

• Basic understanding of English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for market working and reporting through a digital mobile app.

• Carry out sales prospecting activities, dealer surveys, and market intelligence gathering.

• Support in competition tracking, architect/designer acquisition, and relationship-building activities.

• Assist in interior designer/architect engagement for business support.

• Ensure timely and accurate attendance and reporting through company tools.

• Provide support in service delivery activities (not direct sales).

Training & Support:

• Basic training will be provided by Century Ply on digital tools.

• Attendance, work quality, and delivery will be tracked via the mobile app.

Key Requirements:

• Male candidates with two-wheelers (DL must).

• Knowledge of local geography and language.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable with field activities.

• Salary:

• 21000/ per month + Travel allowance
