Field Sales Executive

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Years
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Engineering or Marketing preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers for industrial products such as:

  • Industrial Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers

  • Pharma Dehumidifiers

  • LED Display Boards

  • Mist Fans & Magnifier Lamps

  • Cashew Processing Humidifiers

• Visit industrial units, factories, pharma companies, warehouses, and processing plants.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with technical and service teams for product demonstrations and installations.

• Maintain customer database and sales reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of industrial or electrical/electronic products

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to understand technical products

• Willingness to travel for field sales

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in B2B or industrial sales

• Knowledge of HVAC / humidity control / electronic display systems

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
