Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job Description: Field Staff – Real Estate

As a Field Staff member in our Real Estate division, you will play a vital role in supporting site operations, client engagement, and on-ground execution of property-related activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct property site visits and inspections for prospective clients and report on property conditions.

• Assist the sales and marketing teams in coordinating property viewings, open houses, and client meetings at site locations.

• Collect and verify property-related documents such as agreements, layout plans, and statutory clearances from clients or authorities.

• Act as the point of contact between the company and clients on-site, addressing any immediate queries or concerns.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, engineering, and administration to ensure site readiness and compliance.

• Monitor the progress of construction/development projects and update the reporting manager regularly.

• Ensure all on-site marketing and branding materials are correctly placed and maintained.

• Maintain accurate records of client visits, site activities, and feedback using company tools and systems.

• Support handover processes and follow-up with clients post-visit for documentation or queries.

• Travel between different project locations as needed, based on operational requirements.
