We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aluminium windows ,doors, and related products, builiding strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
key Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Promote aliminium windows, doors and related products to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
Visit project sites, builders, architects and contractors to present product offerings.
Provide detailed product information, quotations and technical guidance to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong after sales support and long term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with the production and installation team for timely order execution.
Stay updated on market trends ,competitor activities and new product developments.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (preferably in construction, building , materials or aluminium products.)
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets .
Basic Knowledge of aluminium windows ,doors, and fabrication processes will be an added advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + Incentives.
