SSG Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting our glass and architectural solution projects. The role requires regular site visits, client meetings, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients in the construction and interior industry.

• Conduct field visits and meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.

• Present company products and services to clients and convert leads into projects.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales (construction or interior industry preferred).

• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
