The Field Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm products (QR, Soundbox, POS, loans, etc.), and maintaining relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Visit shops/businesses daily to onboard new merchants on Paytm

• Pitch Paytm services like QR code, Soundbox, POS machines, and financial products

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Educate merchants on using Paytm apps and features

• Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants

• Collect required documents and complete KYC process

• Resolve basic merchant queries and coordinate with support teams

• Submit daily activity and sales reports

• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Prior field sales or FMCG/telecom/fintech experience is a plus

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work and target-based sales

• Basic smartphone knowledge

• Two-wheeler preferred (in many locations)
